Through a collaboration with DOM MANAGEMENT, he made a bold entry into the luxury housing market with the Kaplankaya project, consisting of 228 villas. Ömer Ramiz Soylu, a seasoned name in the real estate sector, has brought his 36 years of experience to RASOY İnşaat, introducing a fresh and powerful brand to the industry. Since 1991, Soylu has held executive positions at leading companies in the sector, playing a key role in bringing numerous major projects to life, ranging from residential and office buildings to industrial facilities, hospitals, shopping malls, administrative centers, tourism complexes, and educational institutions. Now, with RASOY İnşaat, he will be developing his own projects. Embarking on a journey to create innovative developments, RASOY İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş. made a strong entry into the market with the Kaplankaya project, consisting of 228 villas, in collaboration with the international investment group DOM MANAGEMENT.
For its first project, RASOY İnşaat is collaborating with world-renowned architect Steven Holl.
RASOY İnşaat’s Founder and CEO, Ömer Ramiz Soylu, stated that when establishing RASOY İnşaat, their goal was to contribute to sustainable development. He emphasized, “We have adopted the principle of not overlooking the needs of future generations. In line with this principle, we considered the negative impacts of traditional production and consumption habits on the environment and natural resources at local, regional, and global scales. That’s why we embarked on our journey with the Kaplankaya project, designed by world-renowned architect Steven Holl, who prioritizes the environment in all his projects.
Soylu emphasized that the Kaplankaya project, aimed at high-income local and international property buyers, stands out with its high standards and social amenities. He stated, “Our project, which will open the doors to an exclusive lifestyle with the privileges of the world-renowned Six Senses hotel and its beachfront location in Bodrum Milas, also features a marina. Kaplankaya offers a 20-minute boat ride to Bodrum, and stands out with its unique nature, crystal-clear sea, and extensive social facilities. Who is Ömer Ramiz Soylu?
Born in 1967 in Çorum, Ömer Ramiz Soylu graduated from Istanbul Technical University’s Civil Engineering department in 1988. He began his professional career as a site engineer at ESKA İnşaat. From 1991 to 1997, Soylu worked at Yapı ve Ticaret A.Ş. as a site engineer, construction site manager, and project manager. Between 1997 and 2000, he served as the projects coordinator at Dost İnşaat.
From 2000 to 2023, Soylu contributed to numerous projects at Sur Yapı, where he held roles as Coordinator, Deputy General Manager, and General Manager.
During his 36-year professional career, Ömer Ramiz Soylu managed over 6.5 million square meters of projects across various fields, including residential complexes, shopping malls, offices, hospitals, industrial facilities, educational institutions, business and administrative centers, TV and newspaper buildings, and social responsibility projects. At the end of 2023, Soylu charted a new course in his career by founding RASOY İnşaat ve Ticaret A.Ş.
